Section 2: Genral Conditions
We reserve our right to refuse a job where garden condition, customer attitude, or safety precautions hinder us from providing optimal Service and guaranteeing service standards.
Parking or other fees required to access the premises are to be covered by our clients.
We need a minimum of 48-hour notice for cancelling a service. Failure to notify us minimum 48 hours before the Service take place will result in a £50 non-refundable cancellation fee for garden maintenance, garden clearance, leaf clearance and pressure washing appointments and £300 non-refundable cancellation fee for garden landscaping and design, fence installation, turfing, decking fitting services.
We accept card or cash payments on the day of the Service /garden maintenance, garden clearance, pressure washing, leaf clearance/. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Payment for all garden landscaping and design services /including fence installation, turfing, and decking installation/ must be made via direct/electronic/wire transfer - 50% deposit /or more in case the cost of materials exceeds half of the Service amount/ minimum 72 hours before the Service for the purchase of materials unless otherwise agreed with us and the rest after completion.
In case there is a third-party supplier delivering materials changing dates or cancelling garden landscaping and design services /including fence installation, turfing, and decking installation/ can be done with a minimum of 72-hour notice.
If the minimum required cancellation notice has not been met, the cost of purchased, delivered or in the process of delivering materials is considered non-refundable and will be deducted from the Service's total amount.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided without express written permission by us.
Section 3: Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by City Gardeners.
City Gardeners has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that City Gardeners shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Section 4: Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
